At Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd, each 3D embroidery print is made to order and customised according to your selected design, size, and material preferences. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products:

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or after design approval.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

Our team will assess and arrange for a reprint or replacement if necessary

Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Artwork Approval Responsibility
Before we proceed with production, you will receive a digital mockup for approval. It is your responsibility to:

Review spelling, layout, colours, and sizing

Confirm all design elements are accurate before final approval
We are not liable for any errors that were approved during this stage.
