Shipping Policy

At 3D Canvas Print, we are committed to delivering your custom 3D embossing prints securely, promptly, and with the utmost professionalism. This policy outlines our processing timelines, shipping options, and important delivery information.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. Production begins once the design is confirmed and full payment is received.

Standard Orders: 3–5 working days
Custom Sizes / Bulk Orders: 5–10 working days
Rush Orders: Available upon request (surcharge may apply)

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Within Singapore:

Standard Courier: 1–3 working days after production
Express Courier: Next-day delivery (subject to availability)

Shipping Rates:

Flat rate: SGD $6 (Standard)
Free delivery for orders above SGD $100
Express rates calculated at checkout

3. International Shipping

We ship to selected countries via registered courier with tracking.

Rates and delivery times vary by destination and weight.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

4. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries caused by recipient unavailability
Losses or delays due to third-party courier errors

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after the expected dispatch date, please contact us.

6. Packaging

We take every step to protect your order in transit.

Framed prints are bubble-wrapped and securely boxed

7. Delays & Disruptions

We work closely with our logistics partners for timely delivery, but are not liable for delays caused by:

Severe weather
Customs clearance issues
Public holidays or seasonal peaks
Courier company operational delays

We will keep you updated and assist with alternative arrangements whenever possible.
