FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • This program is open to professional interior designers.

  • No minimum is required to join. However, trade pricing and project support benefits are optimised for orders of 3 pieces or more, or projects with custom dimensions.

  • Please submit your artwork in JPG, PNG, or vector-based PDF formats at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. CMYK colour mode is preferred to match print output.

  • Typical lead time is 3–7 working days, depending on the complexity of your order. Bulk or custom-size projects may take slightly longer, but priority scheduling is offered to ID members.

  • You can place an order directly through the quotation form above. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with a proposal and next steps.
