We accept JPG, PNG, and any image formats with a minimum resolution of 300dpi to ensure sharp, high-quality prints.
Yes! As long as the final file is exported in a high-resolution format (300dpi) and saved as JPG, PNG, or any image format, we can work with it.

Designs with bold lines, defined shapes, and contrast work best. Highly detailed or very soft watercolour styles may be less visible in textured finish — but we’ll review your file and advise accordingly before printing.
Yes, we’ll provide a digital preview after reviewing your artwork and specifications. You’ll receive this along with a quotation for approval before we proceed.
Once the design is confirmed and payment is received, production typically takes 3–5 working days. Custom sizes or large orders may require additional time.
Absolutely. We keep your approved design on file. Just reach out with your previous order reference, and we’ll assist with a reorder.
