Welcome to the Adspace 3D Embroidery Printing website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or submitting any artwork.

1. General

This website is owned and operated by Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Adspace Graphics. These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Artwork Submissions

By submitting artwork to Adspace for custom printing, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or have received proper licensing/permission.

  • The artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

  • We reserve the right to reject artwork that contains offensive, illegal, or low-resolution content.

4. Customisation & Proofing

  • We will provide a digital mockup of your design for confirmation before printing.

  • It is your responsibility to review and approve the layout, spelling, dimensions, and colours.

  • Once approved, changes cannot be made and Adspace will not be liable for errors missed in the proof.

5. Production Timeline

  • Standard production time is 3–5 working days upon order confirmation and payment.

  • Custom sizes or large quantity orders may require a longer lead time.

  • Adspace is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, file issues, or third-party delivery services.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are stated in [SGD or other currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • As all orders are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or returns for custom printed products.

  • Cancellations can only be made before artwork approval.

  • If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange for a reprint or replacement.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local and international shipping (rates apply).

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided during checkout.

  • Adspace is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All design templates, mockups, and 3D embroidery technology used on this site are the property of Adspace Graphics and may not be copied or reproduced.

  • Customers retain ownership of submitted artwork but grant Adspace the right to print and use it for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

10. Privacy & Data

Your information is collected solely for the purpose of order processing and communication. For full details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

11. Limitation of Liability

Adspace Graphics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
