We ask all artists and contributors to ensure that any work uploaded to 3D Canvas Print is their own original creationand does not infringe on the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or third party. This also means complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
 

In short — passing off someone else’s work as your own is both illegal and against everything 3D Canvas Print stands for.

Copyright Complaints

We take intellectual property rights seriously. If we receive a credible claim that content uploaded to our platform infringes someone’s copyright or other intellectual property rights, we will investigate promptly.
 

In line with our zero-tolerance policy, if it is determined that an artist has infringed the rights of a third party, 3D Canvas Print reserves the right to remove all infringing content and terminate the artist’s account without notice.
